MaryKate began working full-time with mtvSolar in June of 2018 after gaining four years of experience in Human Resources at Horizon Goodwill Industries, building on her previous work as an office worker and legal assistant.

When she is not championing the team at mtvSolar, MaryKate enjoys music, movies and TV, mixed media crafting and art.

MaryKate is married and the proud mother of two grown sons, and lives in Hagerstown, her forever home. She strives to make her family home the best place for family and friends to relax and truly enjoy life.
