Karleigh joined mtvSolar in December 2022 as the company’s Accounts Payable clerk. She saw an opportunity to grow her skillset in a growing industry that makes a positive impact on the planet.

She said she knew right away she’d made the right decision to join the company, which feels like a family.

Karleigh is from Hancock, Md. and now lives in Berkeley Springs, WV with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
