Danielle Hovermale joined mtvSolar in March of 2021 after working in food service, account management and manufacturing, as well as serving in the  Army Reserve since 2007 as a medic, carpentry and masonry specialist, construction supervisor, construction project manager, and instructor. 

Growing up in southwestern Pennsylvania and Western Maryland, Danielle moved to Berkeley Springs in 2015. She and her husband Matt have been married since 2021 and have a dog named Duke and two cats, MacArthur and Clyde. When they’re not working, Danielle and Matt will most likely be found on a bike trail somewhere, riding or teaching youngsters how to ride mountain bikes or BMX bikes. Danielle also loves fitness and cooking. One of her dreams for the future is to become a certified mountain bike instructor, and focus on getting more women on bikes!
