Bo Frederick joined mtvSolar as our Warehouse/Fleet Manager in July of 2024. Prior to joining the solar industry, he worked in warehousing for eight years, for a furniture factory for 13 years and for a poly coating firm for two years. He brings a diverse set of skills to mtvSolar and hopes to use those skills to add functionality and organization to the growing company. Bo was born in Morgantown, calls Martinsburg his hometown and then moved to Berkeley Springs. When he’s not sorting out our inventory and vehicle challenges, Bo likes to hike, travel, go to the beach and play sports. He and his wife Megan have three children and a dog named Bruce Wayne!
